We convert fabrics provided by fabric manufacturers into textures using the latest scanning technology and sell them. We not only provide high-quality textures, but also spread the beauty of Japanese fabrics, including kimono, in the digital world, creating new value. By returning part of the sales to fabric manufacturers, we contribute to society by providing a sustainable business model to the struggling Japanese textile industry, where businesses are closing down.
FAQ1 About Intellectual Property
We confirm that the fabrics used are provided by fabric manufacturers and apparel companies, and that they are not registered in any trademark databases, ensuring that there are no issues related to intellectual property. Through this partnership, traditional fabric industries and digital technologies are combined, opening up new creative possibilities.
FAQ2 What is TIF?
TIF (Tagged Image File Format) is an image file format widely used in professional fields such as printing and photo editing. Compared to formats like PNG or JPEG, TIF offers advantages in professional image editing and printing due to its support for lossless compression, which allows images to be saved without losing quality. It also supports high bit depths, enabling it to maintain a wide dynamic range and rich color palette. Furthermore, TIF is highly flexible in its file structure, allowing a single file to contain multiple images or layers, enhancing its compatibility across various applications.
FAQ3 Security of Credit Card Payments
We use Stripe for electronic payments, providing users with peace of mind through advanced security measures. First, we comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), meeting the highest security standards. Additionally, transaction data is encrypted using SSL/TLS during transmission, preventing data interception and tampering. Furthermore, by tokenizing card information, we process transactions without storing actual card details, significantly reducing the risk of data breaches. This ensures that site operators do not access credit card information, maintaining a highly reliable and secure payment environment.
FAQ4 About Textures
Our textures are mostly seamless, with a few exceptions. They are designed within the sRGB color space, and the lighting used during capture is D65. Our TIFF files are 16-bit, ensuring high-quality color depth. Additionally, we produce NORMAL Maps using OpenGL to realistically represent surface details and textures.
FAQ5 What is the policy on reselling textures?
Under the Individual Plan, redistribution is permitted only when selling models that use textures purchased with a commercial license, and only under specific packaging conditions. If you wish to redistribute under the Team Plan, custom arrangements can be made; please contact us for details. The term model refers to modeling of objects with distinct proper names or character modeling. Models that are in basic or primitive shapes do not qualify for redistribution.
FAQ6 About Our Scanning Process
Our company scans actual fabrics and uniquely provides textures in TIF format worldwide. This method allows us to faithfully reproduce realistic textures and intricate details unmatched by other services or commercially available textures. Compared to manual texture creation, our process significantly reduces time and cost, enabling designers and artists to efficiently produce high-quality works. We scan a diverse range of fabrics, allowing for the optimal selection of materials to meet project needs. Additionally, our textures are highly compatible with major 3D software and can be easily integrated. These advantages ensure that our textures strongly support the success of your projects.
FAQ7 About Our Scanning Equipment
We use equipment from xTex, a German company. This technology is also adopted by globally recognized brands such as Sony and Volkswagen, underscoring its worldwide reliability.
FAQ8 About 1K Display
The resolution for both PNG (1K) and JPEG (1K) files is fixed at 1024 pixels in height, while the aspect ratio varies depending on the texture. This setup ensures that the images are optimized for detailed viewing across different media.
FAQ9 Prohibited Actions
Provision to third parties such as subcontractors, resale, and NAS are prohibited. However, exceptions can be made under the CUSTOM plan.
FAQ10 As an apparel company, can we sell vintage patterns?

We also sell 3D objects with the same design. Please check the objects.
FAQ17 What is an object?
It refers to 3D objects created from the patterns we sell. These can be downloaded in the highly compatible FBX format and in ZPRJ format for the CLO 3D design engine. They are available for commercial use and do not infringe on design rights. You can also sell your own objects and earn revenue, so please contact us for more information.
